Undergraduate Advising

The School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics’ (NSM) academic advisors are working remotely for the foreseeable future. Academic advisors are assigned to students based on a student’s major and last name (see below). NSM Academic Advisors are currently assisting students via UTD email.

Virtual advising appointments will only be available during non-peak advising periods. Reasons to set-up a virtual appointment include:

  • Review a degree progress audit
  • Discuss a semester by semester plan towards graduation
  • Discuss change of majors to NSM and within NSM
  • Discuss adding a minor

You can schedule a virtual advising appointment. You will be contacted by your assigned academic advisor with instructions about your virtual appointment.
