Undergraduate Academic Advisor
Jess has academic and work experience that reflects the breadth of her interests. She received her Bachelors in Composite Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus in Physics, Math, and English, from Abilene Christian University in 2007. She has since collected Masters degrees in Environmental Management and Library Science, and she graduated from law school in 2013. A fan of both technology and higher education, Jess has worked as a programmer, technical writer, law librarian, professor, and advisor. In her work at UNT Dallas College of Law, she helped design and implement the curriculum for a new law school, as well as serving as the lead academic advisor. She joined ATEC in 2018 and is excited to work with students who share her appreciation for the possibilities new technology brings to our entertainment options and our shared culture.
When she isn’t busy helping students or stockpiling degrees, Jess can be found crocheting, baking, and collecting Hello Kitty memorabilia.
